In reflexology, the thumb and fingers are used to press areas of the feet thought to be connected to organs, glands and other parts of the body. Reflexology may be beneficial to many conditions, helping reduce stress and promote relaxation. Some of the benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, increase energy, boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system, prevent migraines, clean up the urinary tract, speed up recovery after injury or surgery, relieve sleep disorders, reduce depression, and alleviate pain.
Reflexology / Split Massage, this treatment can be either 30 minutes reflexology and 30 minutes back neck & shoulder or 1 hour reflexology.

I have visited Aromathai Spa multiple times and have always been satisfied with my treatment. I had a pregnancy massage recently which was so relaxing and made me feel a lot more human than before I’d had it. The rooms add to the experience with the correct kind of lighting and music and you are given privacy and dignity is maintained throughout.

2nd time I’ve been for a massage here, and it was incredible!! It’s such a beautiful spa, the smell of the oils as you walk in is amazing, and the staff are so lovely. They will leave no knot anywhere, it can hurt if you’re holding a lot of tension, but by the time you’re done it’s like walking on air. Highly recommend 🙌🏻🙏🥰

We visited Aroma Thai for my sister’s 30th birthday based of a recommendation we received. The booking process was really simple and we were taken back by the amazing service we received from the ladies in the spa! On our arrival my sister was greeted with a beautiful set of candles for her for her birthday, what a thoughtful and lovely touch! Thank you! The massage itself was absolutely incredible and I left the spa feeling so relaxed, I can certainly feel the release of tension especially in my back! We was made to feel so welcome! I will 100% be visiting Aroma Thai again.

Been coming to this establishment for quite some time. Suffered from a poor knee replacement and have been having deep tissue massage by Rita. She is the most professional and patient person I have ever met. Over the past 14 months Rita has managed to get a lot more flexibility in my knee, removing deep down knots and scar tissue around my knee. Cannot thank her enough for what she’s doing for me. Booked in for a one-hour back, neck, and shoulder massage. I’ve visited this place many times, and it’s always calm, relaxing, and spotlessly clean. Rita was absolutely brilliant — she regularly checked that the pressure was right and worked through every knot with care and skill.
