Vouchers arrive as a printable PDF straight to your inbox. Print and gift in person, or forward the file — both work equally well. There is no postal option, so nothing to wait for.
Terms
The small print
- Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- Expired vouchers cannot be accepted and the expiry date cannot be extended.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, but unused credit can be put towards a future treatment.
Returns
Our returns policy
If you need to return any item to us, please send it back within <strong>14 days of receipt of the order</strong>, unless the item is faulty.
It is important that any items returned to us — unless faulty — are returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd like this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.
We recommend that you return items via registered post (you'll need to pay for delivery, which is non-refundable unless faulty).
